Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Ok, besides my daughter's 12 year old Wizard Lamp, this is my first vintage purchase!!!  Im stoked!!!  Now the only problem is waiting until July 7th to get it........What does everyone think?  I know there is no video of the flow, but I figure for under 20 bucks, well, there's always Kirk's glitter!!

That is a nice lamp. The flow in the pics looks fine. ...I doubt you will need to do anything except enjoy.

I CAN'T WAIT!!!  Here is another one I bid on.  Not crazy about all the little bubbles.....hoping it wasn't shook up, but I really like the swirl bases.  I can always find a new globe if it isn't up to par, but I don't know for the price.....opinion???  Oh, and it doesn't state what year.  I'm sure you know what year that was made Critter, lol!!

I love the swirls too and that is a nice one. Honestly I would not bid any higher than where you are. Lots of nice blue swirls show up all the time and $40 is about their max worth in my opinion. Green and red swirls are harder to come by and are worth a bit more. The globe looks fine on this lamp too. Swirl series are in the range of 20 years back now.

thanx critter.....I really didn't want to go much higher then that.  Wow, hard to believe that these usa lamps are seeing these time frames!!!!  The one I just won is 18 years old!!!  Gotta luv good ole American made!!!  lol!!

Nice Enchantress score Carol! It looks to run nice based on the picture within the auction. The swirl looks good too, I agree with Critter, hold steady at the current price range, maybe go a few more bucks if need be

so far no more bids.  auction ends today.  i'll keep ya posted...

Great, already bid on the blue swirl and found a nice green one by the same seller!!!  Now I want both!!  I gotta stay off ebay for awhile....
