MATHMOS CUSTOM ORDER LAMP SHADES

HI ALL!

 

I THOUGHT YOU GUYS WOULD LIKE TO SEE THESE...

 

 

I BOUGHT THEM FROM A SHOP FITTER WHO REMOVED THEM FROM A TRENDY CLOTHING STORE IN LONDON DURING THE LATE 1990's / EARLY 2000's. THE STORE ORDERED THEM FROM MATHMOS AS A CUSTOM ORDER. THEY APPEAR TO BE MADE FROM SPUN ALUMINIUM AND COME IN A VARIETY OF FINISHES. BRUSHED, CHROMED, BLACK AND CREAM. MOST HAVE BEEN USED IN THE STORE BUT THERE ARE 2 BRAND NEW, UNUSED CHROME ONES IN THEIR ORIGINAL MATHMOS BAGS! THESE MUST BE PRETTY RARE!

 

PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS...

Hi Erin, the lamps do not fit with the decor of my house so I am not sure what I am going to do with them yet. I will possibly sell a few of them.

Hi Krissy, I was never too keen on the Gritito shades. These look a lot better!
