Mirrors and Lava Lamps?

I like the look of my tower lamp in between two mirrors. Gives different perspectives and more visual in my opinion, but my wife looked at the setup and said with a grin, "Sometimes less is more."

Thoughts?

It's lava, I'm a fan of more is more, and while I wouldn't do it for every lamp on display, for one or two of my favorites, it's already in the plans.
