Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

The Preamp is from the year I was born, 1967, the amp is from 1968 and the tuner is 1974. The Amp is actually dual monoblocks behind a common face plate. At the rear is 2 ac cords coming out, one for each amp. The preamp has a hook up for running an O scope, where you can beat channel A against channel B for a real friggin light show!

The older Marantz stereos were totally hand built in Woodside New York, with no printed circuit boards. Despite the age of my set, which all have the original wood cabinets, all the insides are totally original and still fuction flawlessly!ooThe sound is amazingly warmer than anything they make today, imported from China or whatever. Lets see your set up guys!
At the top of the page is the rear of my 1931 Philco super heteradyne 7. Those number 24 tubes produce the warmest of AM sensation imaginable. AM actually can sound so good, it's just that AM radios today are such crap

Okay, You're turn guys!
All you Lava Heads and no one is into music? You guys are joking me, right?
