Odd Problems with the site

Is anyone having problems like myself with the site.

I post a new discussion and several of the same discussion show up in the main page

I reply to a post and it does not show I posted anything until I get out of the thread and go back in.

The other day I was not able to PM anyone and I tried multiple people with test PMs.

Yes, this morning when I posted the tweet about Tom Petty, it showed up 4 times. I went back and deleted the duplicates.
