Should I post the listing?

I know you shouldn't post active listings, unless it is rare enough. The item I found, I think is quite rare, and it has been listed a while with no interest. Should I post it? Should I say what it is? I'd love to see it go to someone on this site.

As a OG rule of thumb I would recommend not posting the listing - people have done it in the past and it dosent go down to well give some info if you want - its your choice.

i know the rule about ebay listings but i figured since this was CL and no one in my area would buy this but me it wouldn't hurt others? i just wanted some OGers to get em cuz the will prob end up at GW. ill take it down ASAP if you think i shouldn't have posted.

If it was the lamp I think it was, I was interested in bidding. But it's gone now. Someone offered him $150 and the listing was ended. I'm guessing someone knew what it was, or did so after this thread.
