steal or deal?

I am wondering if anybody knows if i got a steal on the rain lamp i just bought also need information on how to get it working and how to fix them thanks i will post pictures at the bottom

I love rainlamps. Even the old cheesy gold ones. This lamp is no longer sold in stores. Walmart's original retail was about $35.00 and uses a 15 watt type S bulb. Hopefully the pump is still working in it for you. Cute lamp. :)
