Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Hi All,

I picked up a Crestwoth glitter lamp the other day and it seems to be quite a strange one. It is the same style as the "Nordic Delux" or "Jet" style glitter but there is a major difference. The metal work is not anodised chrome but it is the brushed aluminium style of the 1990's mathmos astro's...

The glitter itself is different aswell. Quite large plastic looking squares which float to the top when cold. They are very fast moving once it is warmed up. Blue/Green painted stripes on the bottom of the bottle. The bottle is very similar to those that were included with the BDOC glitter lamp.

I will try to get some pics later on tonight.

Anyone got any ideas what it is...

Thats the one!! The glitter in mine does not appear to be silver though. It's a dull plastic looking colour. Same base and cap though.

When were these released? Are they less common than the chrome one?
Many thanks for all the info!! Cheers.
