Transparent goo: How to you make one of those?

I just stumbled uplon this video here... It's so beautiful! The ingredients are sort of vague (with corrections in the comment section below). Has anyone any idea how to make those liquids?

Well, that recipie is here on oozing goo, there is a link in the Lava Library i believe, however the wax will not stay that clear forever, as it is run and broken in the wax will become more opaque.
