Hi all, should the wax in a White Fluidium be pure White? Or does it get a Yellow tinge with age?

Hi Bohdan, thank for the reply I was biding on a White Fluidium on ebay and the seller said that the wax was not pure White. So I thought I would ask those with more knowledge on lamps that I have. Was out bid on it but won the Yellow one she was selling. I love the all White Astro in the photo.
Hi Astrobaby, thanks for the reply as I said to Bohdan I was biding on a White fluidium and the seller said that the wax was not pure White so I needed some advice. Was out bid on it any way but did win the other Yellow one that she was selling. It's a mark 1 to add to my orange mark1.
Hi Richard , first I would like to welcome you back and second I would be grateful if you could post a picture of your fluidium's with the contrasting white wax's. I have an orange mark 1 and now a yellow mark 1 on it's way from ebay. I would like to get me a complete set of these mark 1's one day. Does any of your's seem to have fluid bubbles in the wax when flowing? Only the orange one does I am hoping that the yellow one is a bit better. Could this be due to the age and use of the lamp? Or possibly the wax itself breaking down.
Hi Rich, thanks for putting up the pictures. What a difference between them even the one with minimal use is not so white as the one you have only run once. Has the liquid in the one you have run the most lost its crystal clear look as well as the wax tingeing in colour? What's the chance of finding one of these that has been used with clear white wax???????????????????????????? I would say most will show some degree of tingeing. How long would you say it took for the one one the left to get to this colour.
