Why does my fantasia glitter lamp use the same globe as my jets?

I noticed that my jet bottles are the exact same bottle as the bottle used in my fantasia glitter lamp. If it wasnt for the metal ring on the bottom I could have a jet glitter lamp. I was also wondering if the jet bottles are the same bottles used for the bigger consort style lamps. Can anyone with both lamps look and see if they are?

From what I remember the regency bottle is wider.

Also the jetstreams fit well over the fantasia lamps!!
