yellow goo transparent not opaque

Hi guy's,

 

I used the yellow dye and the goo is transparent? The lamps I made with the green and blue are opaque and not see through.

 

Can anybody tell me why and how to make the goo opaque?

Does the goo start transparent without any dye?  I want transparent goo.

It'll turn opaque after few runs.

Oh, OK.I saw that Johnny mentioned he was working on transparent goo a few years ago, but have not heard from him in a while.

Any new info on how to keep the wax transparent?  I like that look.  It's different.
