Me - shrimp dip and potato chips all washed down with icy cold Sierra Nevada Pale Ales.
Shrimp Dip
2 packs of Philly cream cheese (do not use the cheap imitation brand)
1 can of Campbells cream of shrimp soup
1 can of tiny shrimp
garlic to taste
Soften cream cheese and blend until silky smooth. Add can of cream of shrimp soup and blend that until silkier smoother. Add garlic to taste (i.e. add some, blend, stick your finger in it, taste, add more if necessary until your taste buds achieve garlic nirvana). Ditch the blender and stir in the tiny shrimps.
Best if you can make it several hours in advance so the flavors can meld. Frito Scoops are an excellent substitute for potato chips if you are a commie.
