LOL, nope, we only do the competitions where we take the food to the judges (KCBS style), not where the judges come to the cook site (MIM stle).  Would love to come down to see it tho!

LOL!  Yeah, my daughter thought it was too weird that the pig was cooking himself!  The rest of the BBQ community likes it too!
