Boiler list, updated 5-8-2011

The updated boiler list! Several newly-discovered lamps, including a lava bubbler with plastic flowers inside! I have added two Italian lamps by Telektron, with a cluster of glass 'bubble tubes' resting in an illuminated glass block base, there are a number of new stickers, and there's a progression showing the ction of a basic boiler lamp. I also set a few lamps in the list into "action poses".
