hi,bought this wave machine 21 years ago ,imported it from USA ,it has sound effects of the waves hitting the beach,it is 32 inches long,i have never seen another like it

I have one of these... I bought mine used about 5 years ago. I believe they were originally sold at The Sharper Image. The components inside came from Korea

As far as I know, early Lava-Simplex Wave Machines were made this way, even though the device they were based on, by a firm called Motionetics, used the familiar eccentric wheel drive. I'm not sure how this two-support type's mechanics function.
