Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Custom Lava Cake Stand for celebrate 1969 Themed 60th Wedding Anniversary.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Claude J for all of his help in the construction of this lamp. He was willing to talk to talk/text me through the entire process multiple times and supplies the goo premixed and precolored. I recommend him for all your goo and lamp needs!

-Vase stands 12” high and has 12” diameter.
-Base was created by screwing together two inverse galvanized steel drink buckets with holes cut in the center of each (where the bases come together.
-A ceiling mount light bulb socket & wire kit
-100 watt reflector kit
-12” round cookie sheet pan for the top
-12” round cooling rack (just a little extra support for the middle of the vase)
-mesh strainer

Holds almost 5 gallons of water. We used 2 quarts of Claudes Goo but I would recommend 3 if making a permanent fixture.
