Lava Lamp time machine clock. The motion power has power wire cut(to save it from it self) because it was heating up and making bad creaking sounds. The clock also stoped working an easy fix if you know where to find the inexpensive right fit, the hands are just pressure (by hand) fit. The rest of this magnificent clock and (THE BOX!) are both pristine. I purchased it 2nd hand from eBay a few years ago I think. I went thru a few of these when I lived in Reno, Nv as these were readily available at Spencer’s. They had many Lava Lamps and both colors of these clocks. I only purchased the orange color when I hav the choice. This was over the fire pace as a center piece until the last one died back in 2001 and the inter net was not like today it was virtually new. Ebay was strange if even working. I moved back to northern Cali the when eBay started to a place to shop I remembered these brilliant items and cleaning out my repair room (to have new carpet install) I found this clock that needs resurrection or a new home? It is on display in my theater room but it has no motion. Hit me back with any ideas. It could be for sale or I would be interested in repairing it if some knows how to get it back into motion. We love this little clocks and have lots of cool clocks in need of repair. Our prise it an early 1900 Hammond Postal Telegraph back lit clock the is the center piece of our home. If you can dig it.
