This disk was thought to have been broken, tucked away in the closet. Dusted it off today, plugged it in and gave it a pat on the back and IT POPPED ON!!!
I could have sworn the back transformer separated from the pane which should have rendered it useless if air got into the mix, right?
Happy day!! Now to find the little rubber feet....

haha all i can picture is your disk working great and you as a pile of ash with a little puff of smoke poof !
Very cool Joanne! The big platters seem to have come and gone, maybe they didn't get too popular? Seem the ones for sale now are cheap little plastic discs, this thing is like a glass version of plywood!
I think my rubber feet are long gone too, could make some new ones with some bouncy balls and a router! Now to find someone with a router....
I wish I captured the look Keith, I think I even squinted!.. like that would have helped me from the lancing bolt, maybe if I can't see it, it wont know I am here...
*steps back 9.5 feet. 10 foot bolt vaporizes him. :(
but i dont have the rubber feet
he he i can see you standing back cringing ! I have the blue version of that one .
I honestly could not believe it! I even stood back when I plugged it in thinking it was about to turn into some wicked Tesla Coil or something!
