Dunno. This is a replacement for a replacement for a replacement.. This time instead of "email support if it doesn't clear up" like they usually do on their Facebook page, they said "maybe your co-workers are shaking it".

I've had clear/red globes that do that, too. However, this looks hazier than mine. Can you return it? I would.
