Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Even with a 175 watt PAR38 bulb, its still sensitive to the temp of the room. Plus, the liquid makes the lava appear really dark. I'm just happy it's flowing!

The lighting is much better than last picture

Love the yellow tone

The only unfortunate part, is the lava in this vintage is very dense and do not project light well.\

Mine is the same, then Walla!, All of a sudden all the goo floats and it lights up the entire room.

Might want to try a different bulb than par 38
