No, the bottle has two glass walls. An inner tube with glitter liquid and an outer tube with just air. On the bottom is a two colored color Filter (red outside, to lighten the air/outer glass red and blue in the middle for the glitter liquid).

So is this some sort of dichroic filter on the glass? They describe them as 'color filter foils'. Also looks like this site has a lot of bottles, glitter, and accessories. Neat stuff.
