I have one just like this. When I bought mine new from Spencer's in 2001 (it was old stock they had for years, and never sold & was unused) the levels were always like this. When heated it goes almost to the bottom of cap line.

I was quite suprised to see the fluid levels drop like this. I guess I just did not expect it..and It's kind of yellow up close. I think it will be a fun project! Any Ideas for a new color in this big boy?
