The white goo from the dead Opal bottle, after it has been cleared and filtered (through linen cloth) in an astro bottle, the liquid being 'homebrew' (distilled water, dishwasher salt etc.)
The amount of goo in the fluidium is actually more than enough and can fill 1 Astro and 1 Astrobaby, that is what you need to refill a fluidium bottle
