You would be right to have questions, the way the legs attach to the base is not how Mathmos does it, they slot in and do not screw in also they look quite cheap. 

Secondly the cap on the bottle should have sticker on it with a Mathmos cap code and the Mathmos logo although it does say do not drink it does not look like that. 

I am surprised to see a Mathmos knock off if this is a knock off. I would contact Mathmos and send them the pictures to see what they say but from what I see compared to my Mathmos products its not the real deal.
