All I find in thrift stores here are elderly ladies' winter coats that have the pockets full of moth balls, which give me a busting headache! I DO NOT buy them. lol I do find a lot of good books from old estates where the children don't want what they consider "junk." I keep hoping to find a good lamp someday though! I'd freak out too, since the older ladies do work our two thrift stores and wouldn't have a clue! Fingers crossed! lol

In the burb's sometimes you get a better deal, I love when the old lady's work the thrift store's they have no idea!! what it is worth! LOVE IT!!

You got a great deal on your unicorn and the others too! They would have called the straight jacket people on me if I saw a Unicorn for $5.00 at our thrift store! I thought that Continental was just a lovely glitter lamp, not a "famous" one, but still liked it. lol Glad I did!! I love an Insane good deal!! I bet the lava version is lovely too. I'm like you though, it's the thrill of the hunt! I just don't have that many places to hunt.

My unicorn GG I got at a thrift store for $5 could not believe I saw it on the shelf!! My clouds, rainbow I got for $100, Rolls royce $65. The Continental you got $65 INSANE!!! I paid a lot more for those than you!! also have it in a Red lave version. Great cool lamps!! I go to garage sales, thrift stores, rummage, but these vintage lamps are so hard to find!! but the hunt is fun!!

Got them both at the same time, and was shocked when I found out on here what they were! I just liked them, so I bought them. I'm also a "Parrot Head" and like Jimmy Buffet. I'll keep my eyeballs peeled for the Truck Glitter Graphics for you. I'm watching for the Unicorn, Dragon and Rainbow. I think they are all really cool too!!

I am looking for the Truck Glitter graphics, my ex was a truck driver that is why I want it, plus it is cool looking. PS. LOVE your continental Glitter!! Have 3 of them wished I paid $65 like you!!
