Yep. And best guess is that these are from the late 60s-early 70s. The only wholesale catalog I've seen them in dated to 1969.

Anything anyone can tell me about this lamp would be greatly appreciated as I know nothing about them. I don't even know how old this is or the model. Thanks to David Valle for the sale!
