Thank you Wiz. I have one more I'm hoping to acquire from Weebs soon. I would say I spent at least and hour cleaning this one up.

ThanksJim. I really wish there was a way to get those spots off the base, but I don't think there is. I did take a very fine finishing pad to the blue one and that helped with the spots, but it does leave scratches. That being said, I can't recommend using that...or very fine sandpaper (left even more marks).
