Since it is screwed on instead of bolted like the others; I think someone my have put it on wrong, either in production or repair.

Also: THREE Aladdins, and I'm still hunting for one! (It's the lamp my mom wants).

Another collector, Weebotech, once made an image you could try to recreate. Using stop-motion, he shows himself looking at an Aladdins Lamp, rubbing the globe and presumably wishing for another, then looking overjoyed when a 2nd appears. Then he repeats the process and a 3rd appears.

I've never seen another down-curl, but you do have both sizes!
