Jonas, a happy coincidence today. While, smaller and interesting, with a great cap and base, sadly this isn’t my lane, but for $4.00 ok.

Yes Jonas it is painted. I thought at first is was a film but it is not. Maybe a spray paint of some sort. It is easily scratched, and also, if desired, nail polish remover can take it off in a jiff. At first I didn't care for it. It gets called up every now and then.
