no surfactant at this point as this is the first flow.  also, salt is not used with goo kits - just add DI water and surfactant to adjust the flow to your liking.

how much surfactant did you add, that could be the issue, if not it could be running to hot for the specific buoyancy of the lava, you might need to put less salt in the water.

i'm pretty sure that ball of goo was stuck there.  i still can't get that lamp to flow the way I want it!  i'm convinced that 32oz don't work very well with goo kits.  52oz and above are ideal.
