Hi Brad, So cool the Red lamp was your grandmother's!! I have had no issues with the socket housing breaking or cracking. These lamps are special, I have 4 others 3 in a lighter Green, than the one I just got ( above ) and a Purple. I also have the really rare Bubble light version. I have a pic of it in my photos.

i would sell the red one i have but it was my grandmother's.  on these, do you find that the socket housing cracks and breaks off easily?

 You are so funny!! just be consistant it pays off some times. You have a good night, I gotta go it is 1 AM here in NY and my 2 Pug's are waiting for me in bed. Very cold here in NY tonight in the 20's want to snuggle with my 2 girls under the covers, talk to you soon!!

 LOL!  I just find them under Lava lamps, but like I said it really is all about timing!! and who finds them first. That is why I am on line all the time when I am home! and putting in the time pays off sometimes.
