Hobby optical fiber optic tree

I really like fiber optics and I don't really go for plastic, just glass. But this Hobby Opticals Fiber Opticals Dream Tree Kit turned out very nice. It looks great amoungst plants during the day and adds a dreamy effect at night. And you can arrange it to look like any tree you like. I was inspired by the African Savana tree and the wheeping willow.

You find them on ebay. They are from the 1970's
They usually go between 35-50$.
