Mathmos bottles are glued on screw caps, let the cap run under really, really, hot tap water for a while and then use a towel so you dont burn your little hands to unscrew the cap.

Take your big strong man hands and just take it off. If I can do it, surely you can do it. I have to put a rubber band on it and a shirt though.

Hmmmm... Carefully pry it off and apply a cork/silicone glue to seal it up again.
