Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I bought this globe from Goodwill a year ago and have always used it on a china base, or my century but it just doesn't look as good on the century base. Finally I found a USA aristocrat (blue and yellow, pics are on here) and so I can finally put this globe on the proper base. I took the picture completely level, the base seems to be tilted a little. It's pretty noticeable when looking directly at it. Not sure why it is, it's in perfect condition with no scratches or dents.

Looks like it flows really nice.  And it's crystal clear.  It sits a little to one side but it's okay because it matches the squiggly lamp next to it!

It's actually a purple and yellow. The camera makes it look more pink, but in real life it is vibrant pinkish orangeish yellow.

Nice globe Ian. What number globe is that? Is it a purple/pink?
