The red water dye actually looks red instead of orange like McCormick brand. They had a few other color packs too, just make sure they dont say oil based as they also had those too.

I want to restore a Chinese Grande. I want to go with the classic Century colors. Bright canary yellow liquid with blood red lava. What would you recommend for the yellow liquid. I don't want it to come out golden yellow like too many 02 32oz lava lamps. I want canary yellow. Is the red lava from goo kits translucent or opaque? I want deep saturated blood red. Thanks
