Ooh me likey, I bet it gives a pretty light show on the wall.
I got some samples of it from a member here (Kira) a long time ago. I'm not sure where you'd purchase them, but they'd have to be able to withstand high heat. Amazon.com might have them.
Colorful! I like the gel inside too. I remember you doing that awhile back. May I ask where you get that?
Sure thing! I think the metal tape is something like this: http://www.amazon.com/3M-2113NA-High-Temperature-15-Foot/dp/B00004Z...
clever, thanks for sharing.
They are just sheets of colored plastic gels (like they use for lighting) and they are taped inside the bottom of the base with metal tape.
colored gel cells...do tell
Yes Kirk! I'm amazed you remembered that. The purple gels are taped in the base with metal tape.
And that base has the colored gel cells -- so you see red moon and stars, right?
This is the work your and kiramarie did a few years back? (testing my memory. a good thing to do as I reach my senior years, but I may be way off.) LOL
I'm all smiles! Thanks for posting this very fine picture, Erin.
