Some like to pay the high price to get their lamps fast and easy.

I personaly will alway enjoy more a nice lamp at a bargain price after a hunt.

For me the satisfaction of having a lamp is not only in the lamp itself, but a big part is, of how you got it, and how much you paid for it.

I'm sure Modulo, you must be extremely please with this find.

A silly piece of luck really. My friend and I had been trawling all the charity/shrift stores on our vacation in the sunny East Anglian region of England and were passing this junk store. I went in to the scruffy old store as my pal stayed outside and there it was, sitting on an old dresser. Gladly paid the £5 and no haggling. I couldn't do that to the guy. I knew it was a bargain for us collectors. We'd had little or no luck finding anything at charity stores earlier that day! This find more than made up for it.
