Just a nice clean rocket or unknown origin.
First time I've come across these wire-style legs.

I also have this lamp with blue liquid and blue wax unfortunately I can't tell u anything about it as I got mine from a market sale for just £1.60 barging it has no marks or labels on it shame but a loverly peice
