Lava Lite Instructions 1

This is the piece that came with my model 101 Lava Lite today. The box and instructions note an address I haven't seen before: 1800 West Roscoe Street, Chicago, Il 60657. Also note that for the wattage of the bulb, a 50 seems to be written in by hand. This lamp came with a Westinghouse 50W bulb.

I live in Chicago and 1800 W. Roscoe has been loft apartments for at least 20 years. When I was growing up it was the Ecko kitchen utensil company. Maybe in between Lava shipped out of there. Or maybe they had an office there. I thought that once they left Irving Park near Ashland they moved entirely out of the cityto the suburbs.
