Seems some business' these days figure one less customer is no big deal. Well one less customer with a big mouth, so to speak, certainly is. We vote with our money.

I'm just so tired of shite customer service. I'm rarely silent about it. A lot of people rely heavily on online reviews and being an ass to someone who might be a customer is just bad for business. I will never understand why people act they way they do, esp when they are working for a company. I don't think you're notified of Google reviews.
