My silver baby astro has lots of little silver bubbles floating about , has the wax separated ? Is it too hot ? Or is a glitter ball ment to. Be like this ???

No they are known for doing that, the wax and master fluid is totally different to the normal Mathmos formulas, don't worry, it looks good...
