I use a Polish machine and liquid moly chrome polish but the middle part is hand polish and the legs was polish with the machine after this I use my hands for the last details the lamp is from 1994 and I buy it in the last few days

Looks like chrome.

Did you hand polish or use a power drill/buffing wheel ?

Did you use progressive compounds or just one good rub ?
