I picked this one up, it is cloudy but don't want to mess with it right now. The musicbox work and it plays some unknown (to me) song. I think it is the unknown European lullaby referenced in the Lava Library.

fog rider - I thought it was a good price. Yes there is only one musicbox. There is a hole for a second but the Lava Lite sticker is covering it up.

Great price. Is it missing one of the music boxes, or is there only one?

Yes it was and I expected it to go higher then it did, I am happy with the price I paid considering how rare they are.
