G.T. - the contents came from two of those "Groovy Motion" lamps you can find on ebay. The fun part was getting the sucker dialed in to where it flowed properly. It took a LOT of experimenting with distilled water, glycerine, and different light bulbs. Initially, a 40 watt bulb wouldn't get it moving, so I ran it for several months on a 60 watt bulb with a dimmer, until it finally got comfortable with a 40 watt. It still takes a good couple of hours to flow like you see here, but after that it's good for the rest of the day.

Very impressive pairing.  Where did you get the metallic lava?  It's stunning and the flow is excellent.
