And how much must they be spending on shipping all these replacements? Surely by time I get a 4th lamp, shipping has cost them almost as much as the original purchase of the Christmas present I am still waiting to have be right..

It's a 52, not a grande, but still the same issue I'm sure.

 

It would be nice if they could say "You know what? Here's a Spencer's gift card. Go to the store and have them open theirs until you find a clear one."

True you could run it into the ground or a filter job could work better.
