its big and plastic. it has little plastic bottle caps that float around. got it at a flea market. much cooler than i thought it would be. cant find any info on it

At first I thought you made it yourself, first I have seen this and I don't know anything about it.

At a guess its a promotional coke item which was probably designed by coke and made in china - I would guess it would be about 3-5 years old.
I have to say it is cool - would like on myself if I find one.
