Thank you, Alex.  No, the glitter globe on the Telstar is not Mathmos.  It's from an off brand lamp from Wal-Mart.  Another member here discovered the glitter globe fit the Telstar, and I also happened to have one of those lamps, so tried it.  Great idea Jack had, and he gets full credit!!   I do have the original Mathmos lava globe for this Telstar.  Just playing musical globes!

I think I like the Wizard cap on the silver streak best.  It hides the dead air.
