Sticky Grande

Help!! I'm super bummed. My heritage grande has gotten multiple small blobs of wax stuck to the side :( this has never happened to any of my lamps before, at least not ones I've bought brand new. I've bought lamps with wax already stuck to the side, it just hasn't happened naturally in my lamps. I have not been abusing this lamp, only running it for a max of 2 days at a time. There is no gunk in the coil, and everything else about the lamp is perfect. Well, except the flow, but I will talk about that later.
