Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Icon Series Galactic Ebay Score Preview

This is the photo provided on ebay by the seller. It should be here in a day or two according to tracking. Let me know how you think the ceramic base and flow looks.

To me, the globe water looks pretty low!

Interesting Icon facts  -

- Every ceramic Icon lamp was individually hand painted so no two Icons will be exactly alike but they should look similar.

- Some of the Icons like Chester, Peace, and the Splotch lamps will glow when a powerful black light is shined on them.

- 18 ceramic Icon lava lamps were released for sale to the public back in the 90's when they still made high quality globes in the USA..

They can be seen here - http://oozinggoo.ning.com/photo/icons?context=user

Thank you so much for that, I needed to see the original. :)

The liquid level does appear somewhat lower than normal in the photo.

It's possible that the level will rise as the liquid gets hotter.

I don't think that is the original globe as the Galactic icon originally came with a #20 purple/white globe.
